Not all soap makers comply with UK law
Posted by Elizabeth on Friday 27th Apr 2012
In regards to this recent tweet on Twitter, I decided to write a blog post to highlight the fact some soap makers do not comply fully with UK and EU regulations.
If you are a small shop or boutique that stocks soap and other handmade skincare products this post should shed some light on what to ask your supplier.

Mary Jean prepares for Spring time
Posted by Elizabeth on Wednesday 09th Mar 2011

As we are now in Spring of 2011, we have been looking at new packaging for some of our products, because of this we will have a number of promotions on offer to move our stock.
Some of our packaging we were not happy about because they were not easily recycleable, for example, our Kilner jars used to hold our bath salts... these Kilner jars will now be replaced with packaging that can be recycled.
Looking forward to 2011 with Mary Jean
