Almost everyone knows that vitamins are good for you but what isn't commonly known is how easily they are absorbed through our skin.
Today I look at Vitamin A, why this vitamin is so important and staying on topic, what key ingredients I use that have plentiful supplies of this vitamin.
In the near future, I will look at two other important vitamins - C & E that our bodies are in need of to function properly.

Exfoliating your skin is very important to looking younger and more vibrant, one way is to regularly do a facial.

I would have no problem in recommending any facial mask or scrub with the following as main ingrediants.
As a side note I have found it is best to use a dry powder mask or scrub as you choose yourself what to mix with powders that is suitable to your skin type.
